CHALLENGE

Real-time webinars and customer supports, while effective, weren’t scalable given our bandwidth. This meant we needed a solution that provided immediate value without requiring extensive ongoing effort.

GOAL

How might we transform current messy user portal into a connected experience for learning, productivity and growth?

APPROACH

Instead of relying solely on external documentation or webinars, we explored embedding product education directly into the user portal.


By redesignign the information hierarchy, we want to allow users to discover key features naturally while using the product, reducing confusion and support inquiries.
